Our why begins with our own children. We believe that parents are the Chief Educators. Period.

When we first enrolled our oldest into public school, we immediately knew there was a problem. Of course there were teachers who cared and worked hard, and our kids had access to sports and technology, and yet our kids didn't thrive, in fact they were suffering. Suffering through having to sit all day without any intentional focus on physical health. Suffering through tests that didn't test their application of knowledge, but only their ability to regurgitate information. Being taught to separate God from their lives, rather than lean on Him for guidance and wisdom. Our oldest son, who loves to reading and learning, didn't enjoy school. Our kids began coming home tired and angry, asking about topics and ideas that we adults never learned about until our 20s. They were being influenced by others who did not share our family's principles, and indoctrinated by a machine that systematically suppresses free thinking and creativity.

Our kids were being forced into a box that they did not belong in.

We believe parents should have say in not only what and how their children learn, but also the community and environment. We believe in teaching kids how to think versus what to think and that their education should focus on more than simply a regurgitation of information on a test. In America's schools there are countless reports of bullying, fights, drug usage, abuse, political agenda, destructive social ideologies, and the list goes on. We have to provide a safe place to grow, focused on the development of our own children to go into the real life and succeed, our children depend on it.

We are creating an environment, community, and resources for own family to share with others, so our children can become the best version of themselves they can be. To reach Apogee.
